Meet Carlee
For a long time, I thought health was something you achieved. If I could just find the right answer, the right protocol, the right treatment, the right routine, everything would finally fall into place.
What I've learned is that health is far less about perfection and far more about relationship.
A relationship with your body.
A relationship with your mind.
A relationship with the people around you.
A relationship with the life you're creating.
Through both personal experiences and years working in healthcare, I've witnessed how often people feel disconnected from themselves while searching for healing. They're overwhelmed by information, frustrated by symptoms, and exhausted from trying to do everything "right.” Your Healthy Chaos was born from the belief that healing doesn't require perfection. It requires curiosity, compassion, resilience, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
Today, my work is centered around helping people reconnect with their bodies, navigate health challenges with confidence, and create lives that support wellbeing in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
Our Philosophy
Healing is rarely linear.
It is often messy, unexpected, challenging, and deeply personal. At Your Healthy Chaos, we believe health is about more than the absence of disease, it's about creating a life that supports your wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our approach blends evidence-based medicine with lifestyle-focused strategies while honoring the many factors that influence health. We recognize the interconnected role of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, environment, mindset, nervous system health, and personal experiences in shaping how we feel and function.
Rather than chasing perfection, we focus on building awareness, resilience, and sustainable habits that support long-term healing and growth.
Every person has a unique story, and every healing journey deserves an individualized approach. Our goal is to help you better understand your body, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change in a way that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with your life.
Where It All Began
At nine years old, I received life-changing news that altered the course of my life.
What followed were years of challenges, uncertainty, resilience, and lessons that would ultimately shape both my personal journey and my calling as a healthcare provider.
Looking back, I can see that some of my greatest struggles became the foundation for the work I do today. They taught me that healing is rarely linear, that growth often emerges from adversity, and that our stories can become sources of purpose.
By the age of thirty, what once felt like a devastating chapter had become one of the greatest restoration stories of my life.
